Luis is an experienced mover, teacher, trainer, and therapist. His movement background consists of sports, martial arts, strength training, and Yoga. He graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2013, and later from NC School of Advanced Bodywork in 2019. Luis’ manual therapy approach is clinical, detail-oriented, and grounded in the connection of mind & body. You can expect medium to deep pressure, postural and movement assessments, passive and active movement, emphasis on breathing well, and open communication.
